1) Why are we able to save so much by purchasing the Products from your company? We are the local manufacturer and you are purchasing it directly from us. 

2) What are the payment methods? Currently we only accept Cash On Delivery (COD). 

3) Do you deliver to my area? Our home delivery service is only available in the main island of Singapore. It is not available to any of the outlying islands. 

4) What are your delivery timing? Our delivery personnel will give you a call to arrange a date and time. 

5) What are the delivery charges? For order below S$120, there will be a S$8 delivery charge. For order above S$120, free delivery. 

6) Is there a minimum order? Yes there is a minimum order of S$50 to enjoy the promotion price. 

7) How do I place the order? Complete the Order Form and email or fax it to us. You may order over the phone if you have no email account.

8) How do I know if my order is confirmed? You will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed. Our sales personnel may give you a call to confirm on the order. 

9) How long will you take to reply my email? Please allow our customer service personnel 1 to 2 working days to get back on your queries/order. 

10) Are the products on discount expiring soon? No. We do not sell expiring products and ensures that all products meet our high quality standards. Herbal Jelly of 12 months shelf life. Bird's Nest of 30 or 36 months shelf life.
